Deerfield Twp. Family Counseling Center, LLC, works with children ages 5 and older for general mental health conditions. This agency also provides anger management and drug and alcohol therapy groups. The client will need to contact the intake coordinator to make an appointment for a therapist that meets the needs of your schedule, specialty, insurance, and/or payment type. Forms will need to be completed before first visit. Forms can be picked up at the office or downloaded and printed from the website, prior to coming in. Co-payments or self pay payments are due at the time of service. This agency is paneled with most major insurances, including Caresource, Medical Mutual, and also honors EAP benefits. Denise Hawkins, LPC provides counseling services for adolescents and teens ages 13 and up. She specializes in working with life transitions, such as adjusting to chronic illness, adjusting to college life, and more. Divine Comfort and Counseling, Bridgette D. Herren, LICDC, LSW, MSW, works with ages 18 and older, based on the needs of the person. She works with a variety of general mental health conditions, such as PTSD, weight loss, chronic pain, bipolar disorder, and dual diagnosis. 
Home visits are an option, pending insurance approval. If preferred, faith based counseling is also an option, upon request. Currently accepting patients with Molina, CareSource, Anthem, Medicaid, Medical Mutual, Paramount, and Tricare. 

This program is offered to children ages 5-12 and provides an age-appropriate understanding of separation and divorce. The cost of the 13-week program is $15, which includes an activity book.
