new patients
If you are new to the Dayton Children's allergy clinic, you can use the online tool below to set up an appointment. New patients need to come in person for their first visit. You can also call 937-641-4000 to make an appointment by phone.
You can schedule an appointment for:
- Food allergies
- Nasal allergies
- Skin problems like atopic dermatitis, eczema, and hives
Other important things to know before making an appointment:
- If you have allergy concerns related to constipation, lactose intolerance, Autism, or P.A.N.D.A.S, call 937-641-4000. These conditions may need to be seen in a different clinic to get the correct treatment and diagnosis as allergy does not treat these conditions.
- Schedule your appointment at least four days in advance. This gives you time to stop any medicine that might affect your visit. For a full list of medicines to stop, click here.
