Dayton Children’s Healthy Me program is committed to helping patients develop a healthy, active lifestyle. Our team is lead by pediatricians and nurse practitioner with additional training in obesity in children. The team also includes nurses, dietitians, office staff and medical assistants who are trained in helping patients and their families lead an active lifestyle.

The Healthy Me clinic is available by phone at 937-641-4675 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. 

A physician referral is necessary prior to the child’s first outpatient visit. All follow up appointments will be made during your clinic visit or by calling central scheduling at 937-641-4000.
