At Dayton Children’s, we strive to provide excellent care for our patients and their families. If you receive a patient experience survey in the mail, by email or by phone, please take a few minutes to answer the questions and tell us how we did caring for you and your child.

Our goal is to better understand the experience of our patients, seen through their eyes. Your input is very important to us. We need to hear from you in order to continue providing an exceptional patient experience.
