We were seen 3 times in the last three weeks and I feel like the visits weren't useful. We were supposed to see the surgeon but ended up seeing the nurse practitioner. At todays visit the employee checking people in was rude

We've seen Jennifer a couple of times and each time she's been super friendly. She's made my daughter feel very much at ease and it's just been a very pleasant experience. So I would, I mean I have no problem going back to see her again.
