Mosaic Psychological Services, Dr. Kimberly Anzek works with children ages 3 and older, and provides Psychological evaluations, Autism testing, Educational and Dyslexia testing, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) Testing.

My Neu Mind - (associated with TLC in Yellow Springs) ***10/19/2023 openings within a month or less for evaluations***

***Children are seen at this location; ages 4+***

They provide psychological assessments, neurofeedback, and therapy; autism, ADHD, psych evals for mood disorders, learning disabilities, cognitive issues, and neuropsych evals. They accept most insurances (including Medicaids). 

Payments: Families are provided with a detailed invoice and the agency accepts HSA payments.
