Dayton Behavioral Care specializes in depression, treatment resistant depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD, acute stress disorder, PTSD, acute and chronic, schizophrenia & schizoaffective disorder for ages 18 and up. Dayton Children's Behavioral Health Unit

The focus of treatment on the unit for patients with a mental health crisis, is crisis stabilization and linkage to ongoing outpatient therapy and/or medication management services. There is an emphasis on safety and providing a comfortable and supportive environment.  The healing process beings through a combination of talk therapy, activity therapies (art, music, movement, etc.), and the use of an interactive Media Board.  Caregivers are involved in the development of treatment goals and asked to attend multiple family sessions. Ages for admission are 9-17.

Dayton Children's Psychiatry Clinic, provides outpatient services focused on patients ages 4 to 16 years old with the concerns such as Complex mental health needs and multiple medication attempts with limited improvement, previously diagnosed with autism and/or developmental delay who are exhibiting several problems, and medical conditions with concurrent mental health concerns.

Deerfield Twp. Family Counseling Center, LLC

Deerfield Twp. Family Counseling Center, LLC, works with children ages 4 and older for general mental health conditions. This agency also provides anger management and drug and alcohol therapy groups. The client will need to contact the intake coordinator to make an appointment for a therapist that meets the needs of your schedule, specialty, insurance, and/or payment type. Forms will need to be completed before first visit. Forms can be picked up at the office or downloaded and printed from the website, prior to coming in. Co-payments or self pay payments are due at the time of service. This agency is paneled with most major insurances, including Caresource, Medical Mutual, and also honors EAP benefits.
