Butler Behavioral Health - Hamilton Counseling Center

**Can be seen for intake within 1 week. Wait list for counseling and psychiatry is dependent on age, insurance, and urgency of need 2-4 weeks on average**

Butler Behavioral Health offers outpatient counseling, psychiatry/medication management vocational supports, school-based therapy, home-based services, consultation and crisis intervention (CCI), behavioral health integrated care, mobile response stabilization services (MRSS). Please call or visit their webpage for more information. They do accept Medicaid, Medicare, Limited Commercial Insurances, no Marketplace or Military Insurances. They accept self-pay to Butler County residents (based on ability to pay). They see children as young as 3 and up.

Butler Behavioral health offers counseling, psychiatry (can do psychiatry only); home-based services only if referral from other professional for ages 3 and up. They accept Medicaid, all Medicaid HMOs, Medicare, most Commercial Insurances (all but Tricare/GEHA/Humana); No Champ. Warren County or Butler County residents in order to receive services - no self-pay or sliding fee scales currently.

Middletown Counseling Center provides a wide range of outpatient behavioral health services for ages 3 and older, including school based therapy, home-based services, crisis consultation and intervention services, mobile response stabilization services (for Preble, Butler, Warren, and Clinton Counties only), and case management.  This agency accepts Medicaid and Medicare, in addition to limited private insurances.
