get to know me

I chose my specialty because...

It fascinated me to see the positive impact that emotional and physical nourishment and care can have on someone at an early age.

I like working with kids because...

I prefer to think of myself as an overgrown child and I find it fascinating to watch children grow into self-sufficient and confident learners. Personally, it is an endeavor that involves learning new perspectives and new things every day. Having the opportunity to partner with families and help a child to reach his full potential is highly rewarding.

I chose to work at Dayton Children's because...

This is an opportunity for me to contribute to an exciting, forward-thinking, patient-oriented subspecialty clinic where various disciplines work together.

Dayton Children's is special because...

In my view, Dayton Children put patients first by creating a hassle-free environment and combining multiple disciplines under one roof in order to provide world-class care.

He is a very good provider. He sits and listens to you and explains stuff when you don't understand.

Dr. Gupta was exceptional! He gave my 16-year-old daughter hope. Not only did he listen and respond with wisdom and care, but he gave her information that calmed her and inspired. From when we walked in until when we left we were treated with professionalism and kindness. I was also very grateful for the clarity and simplicity of the sharing of information and the responsiveness of the staff. I can honestly say that I have never been to a more professional and caring medical environment. I'm so thrilled to have found Dr. Gupta and his team .

Dr. Gupta is really nice. He takes time to talk with my child and explains stuff to him when he doesn't understand what he's saying. The nurse was really nice as well.

Dr. Gupta was very thorough and made sure to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. He also valued our opinions and guided us through deciding on what to do next.
