Michael specializes in anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, addiction, bipolar disorder, developmental delays (not too severe), autism, identity issues, and LGBTQ+ affirming (uses pronouns). He also offer faith-based upon request (provider is an ordained minister).

He accepts Anthem, Aetna, OhioRise, Amerihealth Caritas, Buckeye, Molina, Medical Mutual, CareSource, Medicaid (both Medicaid and Private), UHC/Optum, Cigna, Anthem Medicaid, and UMR. 

Self-pay rates are as follows: Intake $135; Counseling $125; a sliding scale fee based on income and family size only if indigent ($30 is the lowest).

***(Current Availability: waitlist 3 months)*** Michele Baiz is credentialed to work with sex offenders, specialty is with youth. There are no issues she would not work with. She really likes working with difficult teenagers. She accepts all Medicaid HMOs, and most private insurances, including Cigna, Tricare, and Custom Design Benefits. If she has a client with a new insurance company, she tries to get paneled on it. Michele also offers a sliding scale for out of pocket clients. She see's clients ages 7 and up.
