Middletown Counseling Center provides a wide range of outpatient behavioral health services for ages 3 and older, including school based therapy, home-based services, crisis consultation and intervention services, mobile response stabilization services (for Preble, Butler, Warren, and Clinton Counties only), and case management.  This agency accepts Medicaid and Medicare, in addition to limited private insurances. Dr. Percy Mitchell sees patients for psychiatry on a part-time schedule.  After a psychiatry patient is stabilized, that patient will then see a nurse prationer at the practice for further medication management. In order to receive psychiatry, a patient must also be receiving counseling services with this practice. This provider has multiple clinicians who provide counseling services for children ages 4 and up with various mental health conditions.
