Rise Counseling Group provides counseling to children and teens ages 13+ struggling with anxiety, depression, mood and adjustment disorders common with divorce or life changes. They also focus on clients  dealing with racial identity issues, microaggressions, issues with gender and sexuality, and bullying that may increase their anxiety or depression. Their therapists are trained in Anti-Oppression Informed care. They also have a therapist on staff that speaks Arabic with a focus on Middle Eastern cultural issues, and another trained in EMDR (Eye Movement  Desensitization Reprocessing) to help heal trauma. They offer groups for teen girls groups for support with their struggles as well as music empowerment therapy groups to help deal with emotions and trauma. All are welcome, but they particularly hold space for women and girls; especially those that are marginalized.

TJ’s Place of Hope offers a confidential place for children 12-25 that are struggling with Self-harm, Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Suicidal Ideation and Substance Use/Addiction. Support Services are free.

Craig Olson, Psy.D., provides counseling and psychological assessments/testing for children ages 6 and older with various mental health conditions. Most major insurance plans are accepted. Meredith Glick Brinegar, PhD provides counseling services for adults ages 16 and older, as well as adolescents and their families. Her primary specialization is eating disorders and body image. Dr. Brinegar also works with depression, post-partum issues, mood disorders, anxiety, relationship problems, and grief and loss. Smiles Psychiatry & Wellness offers Psychiatry for ages 2 and older. This providers primary focus is parent education and coaching and will also work with child and adolescents. Smiles Psychiatry and Wellness also offers Psychotherapy in addition to Psychiatry.
