She is very professional. She is good at listening to parents about their kids care.

I feel that she was very warm, welcoming. I feel like she was a long lost aunt and I was just comfortable like she understood the complications of my day to day. Like she definitely takes time and consideration and she cares. It's not just a job. I definitely look forward to seeing her again.
