I felt Emily really cared and made sure to answer all my questions and address concerns. Would be happy to see her again.

I appreciate that everyone in the office is always so welcome and forthcoming about the treatment we are receiving. Emily is great, and I feel like she listens to what we are saying. Each time we have been there, we have seen a different provider in regards to the city occupational and physical therapy. However, Emily has always been constant, and I appreciate being able to see the same doctor each time. Also noted is that Nancy is my favorite nurse ever, and I like it when I am able to talk with her and interact with her. She always seems to be able to be accommodating and helpful.

All of the staff we encountered on this visit were kind and professional. They spent enough time with us and did not make us feel rushed nor just a number. I appreciated their genuine support and concern.
