I was interested in working with children and families who were coping with various medical conditions.

working in a children's hospital had always been my "dream job." I wanted the opportunity to work with children and teens in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. I have stayed for so many years because I can't imagine enjoying my work anywhere else as much as I do here at Children's.

everyone who works here truly cares about the well-being of the children in this community. Because Dayton Children's is a smaller hospital, the staff really get to know the children and families who come through our doors. I think this makes the whole experience of visiting a hospital much easier for children.
