Kelli is leading with pride to create inclusive work environments at Dayton Children's
Kelli Farrell (pronouns she/her) is a certified diversity recruiter and talent acquisition partner at Dayton Children’s. Kelli loves to travel and have game nights with her two boys and their German Shepherd/Husky mix, but as a person who identifies as pansexual, she also is passionate about creating an inclusive work environment at Dayton Children’s and sharing professional growth opportunities for her colleagues.
“I have never felt more accepted and loved by an organization, just for being myself. I believe Dayton Children’s truly values my perspectives and ideas as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. I can be my most authentic self without fear of discrimination and judgment,” shares Kelli.
Kelli has worked her way up from patient access specialist to talent acquisition partner thanks to Dayton Children’s tuition assistance. Now, she’s focused on recruiting the best and most diverse talent to work at Dayton Children’s.
Kelli is also a leader in the Dayton Children’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group.
“My main goal as a leader of the LGBTQ+ employee resource group is to make individuals in my community feel heard and loved. I am here to make Dayton Children’s a better place to work and you make that possible by just being you,” she says.
