The communication center is staffed by licensed pediatric medical professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to accommodate the following:
- Emergency department referral and/or communication with ED physician
- NICU referral with direct communication with NICU staff
- Transport coordination (hospital to hospital)
- Specially trained pediatric and newborn transport team available 24/7
- Record request for ED and UC visits
