We were referred per our doctor for our son to get tubes, and possibly consider tonsils/adenoids removal. Left slightly disappointed that it didn't seem that his 5 double ear infections this year didn't raise any questions, and we left without moving forward per the NP. I understood that his ears looked clear yesterday; however, he was just treated 2 weeks ago for an ear infection and on an antibiotic so I'm still a bit lost on why a double ear infection close to every 8 weeks for the past 4 years of his life, is not more concerning. I was asked the exact same questions by the nurse, student, and NP which was quite honestly a waste of time and showed that there is a lack of communication outside of the room. Moreover, leaving with a recommendation to give allergy medicine (which I had already said he receives daily three times to 3 different people), along with giving a saline rinse twice a day for the next 3 to 4 weeks was completely pointless. It will be next to impossible to do this on my autistic son, even more so completing it twice a day. The concern was his congestion and adenoids. The concern was his ears, and the congestion being a side effect of what is going on. Quite frankly, the providers were nice but this appointment was a waste of an hour and we left with absolutely nothing to help my son any further.

Jessica has a great bedside manner, including a great sense of humor.

We had a 9A appointment and wasn't seen until 9:45A for just a tubes check...it was frustrating having to wait that long.

Was a very quick but informative visit. My questions were answered and the team of people was very thoughtful and helpful.
