She was very nice. She took the time to explain everything to us in a way that we understood. And we didn't get to see Dr. Beamish. We got to see the, I think, the medical assistant or her assistant. I'm not sure. She was really nice and kind, and I appreciate her time. She spent in the room with us and explained to us about the situation. And the questions that I asked that she didn't know, she, I wouldn't say didn't know, but, you know, she said we will go over on our next visit with Dr. Beamish. So she was really, really nice, very informational, and I had a great experience with her.

Thank you so much! This is the second time in my life that a doctor has been so genuinely caring that it seems the healing process goes faster just because of this! Thank you for all you do!

Right when I checked in, I asked if Carrie eas running on time and the receptionist said that she didn't know. But what I really appreciated was she cared enough to find out and then let me know when I was waiting. First awesome thing that happened. Then, the nurse was nice and great. I felt even comfortable enough to let them xray my daughter by herself. Then the doctor came in and treated her with love like she always does. I love Dr Carrie! She automatically saw the brace was too big and got us in the correct size. In and out and great to be able to still get to my daughters' parent teacher conferences. Job well done and much improved from May all around! Thankyou for taking these surveys to heart and fixing the problems viewed by as a parent!
