The adolescent young adult medicine division at Dayton Children’s is focused on reproductive health and gynecologic care. Adolescence is a time of significant physical, emotional, social and cognitive development. This includes going through puberty, forming an identity and developing personal and professional relationships. Our team considers all aspects of development and how they affect each person’s health and works with other medical professionals, and your primary doctor/provider to achieve the best quality care and support for the health of all young people.   

We also provide comprehensive evaluation and specialized treatment for gynecological conditions and often care for adolescents who are medically complex or may need surgical treatment.
