We have always had great treatment and support when going to Dayton Children's Hospital. I would recommend it to everyone with children.

Front lobby receptionist was very unprofessional. Both of the ladies were in their cell phones the whole time I was waiting. I used the self check in kiosk, but never being there before, I walked over to the receptionist. After waiting a solid 15 seconds, she finally put her cell phone down & looked at me to ask what I needed. I asked if I needed to do anything else & she said no. Then I noticed it was past my son's appointment time & I walked over & asked her if I was suppose to wait somewhere more specific. She then asked my child's name & said "you need to go to floor 3".....why she did not check and advise me of what floor I needed to go to upon arrival is beyond me.

Dr Shank was great as were all of the staff we interacted with. Our son came in with a very odd break to his Tibia and they took great care of him and 6 weeks later he is walking on that without a brace.
