Hannah Klaiber, APRN, FNP-C, is a pediatric nurse practitioner in the transitional care unit (TCU) at Dayton Children's Hospital. Hannah started her nursing career as a nurse on an inpatient rehabilitation unit while also floating to the pulmonary ICU. Now, Hannah cares for children with complex medical conditions and loves getting to know her patients and families who have extended stays at the hospital.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys camping, hiking and watching her kids in their sporting events.
