Betsy Medaugh, APRN, CPNP is a pediatric nurse practitioner in the division of neurology at Dayton Children’s Hospital. Betsy was born and raised in Centerville Ohio. She completed her undergraduate degree at Thomas More College in Crestview Hills KY and her advanced practice degree at Wright State University.
She has a special interest in caring for pediatric patients with chronic headaches, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, tics and epilepsy, but she sees patients with a variety of other neurologic diagnoses.
It is my privilege to work in pediatrics, children are not just tiny adults, they are unique in their medical needs and their care must incorporate a family-centered approach. I enjoy forming meaningful and lasting relationships with both my patients and their caregivers. I enjoy watching them grow up into tomorrow's future. I couldn't ask for a better place to be than Dayton Children's.
Outside of work Betsy enjoys hiking, boating, camping and spending time with her husband and three children.

We are so thankful for for all the time taken. We were listened to completely, and with such care and consideration. My daughter had many intertwining symptoms that were taken seriously and thought through. We were offered multiple options of next steps. Thank you so much!
