COVID-19 drive-thru testing changes

As COVID-19 cases remain relatively low and the demand for testing has decreased, Dayton Children’s will close the drive-thru testing locations at 884 Valley Street and 865 West Market Street Troy on May 1, 2022.

All Dayton Children’s other lab locations will do COVID-19 testing during normal business hours. Provider orders are required at these locations to bill through insurance. The cost for tests without an order is $100 for a PCR test and $60 for an antigen test.

• Huber Heights - 8501 Old Troy Pike
• Kettering – 4475 Far Hills Avenue
• Springboro – 3333 West Tech Road (south campus)
• Troy – 865 West Market Street

The State of Ohio regional testing drive-thru in Springboro will remain open. As of May 2, 2022, those hours will change to Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 5:00pm. Only PCR tests are available and they are free. Provider orders are not needed or accepted.
