I felt that they weren't listening to what I was saying. I kept repeating myself and I still didn't get the help that I needed for my child. It seemed like a waste of time bringing my baby there.

The only issue that I would say I had with the provider was there was an apprehension. I felt like maybe, I don't know if I intimidated her or maybe she just had it out on her plate that day. I think she was very attentive, very professional, very courteous. I just felt that maybe she seemed a little bit intimidated and just maybe, I don't know, I just thought that we were different and that's the energy that I received.

Dr. Lake is a very thorough and accurate person. She's very good with kids and I like her a lot.
