I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Klatt was with my daughter. That was just not something I was used to. He asked a lot of questions. And it seemed like he had a really good idea of the whole picture because we've been through a lot with other doctors that didn't ask those types of questions. And I guess didn't really have a good idea of what was going on with her as a result from our hometown. So it was a good change. Thank you.

Very friendly, explained everything in a way I understood it, listened to everything I said and had a answer for all my questions

I felt like our appointment was very well done. I felt like the doctor took his time and did not rush. I felt like the nurse also took her time and both people answered any questions we had and gave us a lot of reassurance. It was a very positive experience.
