Foundations Counseling - Community First Solutions, provides counseling services to children and adults, ages 4 and older. Christian-based counseling can be provided at family's request. They work with general mental health conditions such as post-traumatic stress, phobias, self-esteem, school related problems, as well as others. Modern Psychiatry and Wellness offers counseling, psychiatry services, and assessments for ages 12 and up. Insurances accepted inculde Buckeye, CareSource, Molina, Medicaid, United HealthCare, and more. Walk-in appointments are available at the West Chester location Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm. Butler Behavioral Health offers outpatient counseling, psychiatry/medication management vocational supports, school-based therapy, home-based services, consultation and crisis intervention (CCI), behavioral health integrated care, mobile response stabilization services (MRSS). They accept self-pay to Butler County residents (based on ability to pay). They see children as young as 3 and up. 

They specialize in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and personality disorders. They accept insurance such as Anthem Medicaid, BCMH, Buckeye, CareSource, Medicaid, Molina, United HealthCare, United HealthCare Community, UMR, post private insurance, and some Medicaid HMOs. Self-pay and sliding scale fee also accepted. They only see patients 18 and up. Spanish programs are offered to new clients virtually or in person. Pressley Ridge specializes in abuse, anxiety, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), depression, interpersonal problems, job and/or life stress, parent/child conflict, psychiatric evaluations, relationship/family problems, significant mental health problems, and trauma. There is a seperate program for autism services.  They accept Medicaid and Medicaid HMO's. No private insurance accepted.
