These services are self-pay ONLY with a sliding scale fee offered. They charge $150 to $175 per hour; per session.

NGU Wellness - ***offering telehealth and in-person appointments*** They specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, life transitions, addiction, and adjusting to chronic mental illnesses for ages 13+. They accept all Medicaid MCO's, Anthem (commerical), UHC, All UHC affiliated plans- Optum, UMR, Surest, Etc.

Transformations Health Services specializes in substance abuse, general mental health, bipolar disorder, faith-based, LGBTQ+, and developmental disabilities for ages 5+. They accept Medicare, Medicaid, out of network, and a sliding scale fee. Please reach out for more information.

They provide psychological assessments, neurofeedback, and therapy; autism, ADHD, psych evals for mood disorders, learning disabilities, cognitive issues, and neuropsych evals. They accept most insurances (including Medicaids). 

Payments: Families are provided with a detailed invoice and the agency accepts HSA payments.
