I enjoy ensuring patients are safe and comfortable during surgery. Anesthesiology offers a great mix of working with your hands and also thinking about the physiology and pharmacology while a patient is asleep for surgery. 

I enjoy interacting with kids and their families to ease their nerves about surgery and going to sleep.
