Kimberlyn Chandler, MS, FNP-BC, is a compassionate and dedicated certified nurse practitioner in the division of sleep medicine at Dayton Children's. She is passionate about improving the quality of life of children by improving their sleep quality.
Kimberlyn chose to specialize in pediatrics because children are simply amazing. She believes that a child of any age has something valuable to teach her about life. Additionally, she believes that connecting with children and their families through shared experiences is an excellent way to build a trusting and lasting rapport.
Outside of work, Kimberlyn enjoys hiking, reading, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience following up with Kimmie after our sleep study. I hadn't met her or discussed my child's care before, but she already knew everything we had been struggling with when she entered our room. Kimmie explained the results of our daughter's sleep study in a way that was so easy to understand. She listened so carefully to my concerns and at the end of the visit, I left with a detailed plan of next steps. I have never felt so confident leaving a provider visit!

Kimmie is a great provider, she explains things in a way I can understand and also makes me realize a lot of my sleep issues can be managed by me having better sleep habits. I appreciate that she takes the time to explain everything to me and makes me feel good about what to do next. The nurse was also very nice and informative.

We love Kimberlyn Chandler! She is very knowledgeable and ensures that I have a say in my child's care. We couldn't recommend her enough.
