Waited a while for the doctor

Yes, we were early for our appointment and they took us straight back in, but it was definitely like an hour and 20 minutes past our appointment time before we ever saw the nurse practitioner. And nobody came in to let us know if she was running late or what was going on. They just completely ignored us for an hour and 20 minutes. And then she didn't even apologize when she came in for us waiting that long.
