Emily did a great job of listening. She was very patient and kind and listened really well, had some new suggestions for us to try, which I appreciate. And she's referring us on to the people that deal with especially difficult headaches. So I appreciate that. And she did a great job and I really appreciate it.

We have seen Emily three times and each time she has been absolutely wonderful. She's thorough, asks appropriate questions, and is easy for both parents and adolescents to understand. She reviewed my son's X-rays with us and explains everything she's seeing. She is very efficient yet doesn't come across as being rushed on time. She has such a friendly and pleasant demeanor. I could not have asked for a better provider for my son. I would recommend Emily to any family or friend who needed to be seen.

Emily was fantastic! She was attentive and listened to everything we said. Carefully listening to my daughter and her limits. She explained so well my daughter can still remember her own limits and that's extremely helpful! I would recommend her and the ortho office to everyone!

Ok. A little bummed that the provider thought she should have a cast 1week longer, because the PA is going on vacation, and won't be there is 4weeks. That's the point of a care team!!
