Yes, we really enjoyed Dr. Mathews. My daughter was very pleased with her and said how sweet and nice she was. She answered my questions. She helped to soothe some of my fears, my concerns, and I just felt really good about the appointment and I feel good about having her track my child's condition or possible condition as we figure out what may be going on. So she's a great doctor and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
The provider was very attentive. She reviewed the symptoms and verified the symptoms that the prior physician that wrote down a couple of them was wrong. She listened to my son and actually seeing where he would need help at when he had the majority of his symptoms. He was happy with the treatment plan as well as myself that she provided that we would start with.
I appreciate that Dr. Mathews is able to commiserate with me and my child's GERD because she had a child with GERD, a baby with GERD, and so she understands how stressful and scary it is and that made her empathetic and I appreciate that.
Dr. Mathews is amazing and caring and always listens to my concerns.
