Angela Lu is a nurse practitioner in orthopedics at Dayton Children's Hospital and the lead advanced practice provider for the division.
She has vast experience as a Level 1 trauma nurse and has held various roles as a floor nurse, clinical team lead nurse and case management nurse
Angela received her undergraduate degree from Kettering College and obtained her master's with a nurse practitioner focus from Purdue Global University. She completed her doctorate of nursing practice at The Ohio State University in April 2023.
When not at work, Angela enjoys spending time with her four kids, dancing and traveling!

Angela really took her time with my daughter and explained things on a level that an 11-year-old would understand, and I really appreciated her patience and compassion with her situation in wanting to get back and play sports as soon as possible. And her care was really appreciated in our situation. Thank you so much. Thank you. Bye.
