Adam Mezoff, MD is the chief medical officer and a pediatric gastroenterologist at Dayton Children's Hospital. Prior to becoming a pediatric gastroenterologist, Dr. Mezoff practiced general pediatrics at the Wurtsmith Air Force Base Hospital in Oscoda, Michigan. He graduated college from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island and completed his medical school education at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. Following college, Dr. Mezoff spent his internship and residency in general pediatrics at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed his fellowship at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio in the Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition. Dr. Mezoff is board certified in pediatric gastroenterology. When asked why he chose to specialize in pediatric gastroenterology, he said that he wanted to have the ability to help children with chronic diseases. Some of his favorite things about working at Dayton Children's is that he loves the people, it is just the right size hospital, and he has the opportunity to help a great community like Dayton get the best care available anywhere in the country right here at home.
