Talbert House – Georgetown
Talbert House specializes in emotional distress, behavior challenges, divorce or family separation, grief and loss, drug or alcohol use, trauma, physical or sexual abuse, social difficulties, bullying or violence. criminal justice involvement. Medicaid and Medicaid HMO’s, and Medicare insurance accepted. They do not accept out-of-network insurance. If client/patient is a resident of Brown County, they are eligible for a sliding scale fee. Those with private insurance are eligible for a sliding scale fee.
Talbert House – Mt. Orab Location
Talbert house specializes in emotional distress, behavior challenges, divorce or family separation, grief and loss, drug or alcohol use, traumatic event, emotional, physical or sexual abuse, social difficulties, bullying or violence, and criminal justice involvement for ages 6+. They accept Medicaid and Medicaid HMOs, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance (out-of-network). If client/patient is a resident of Brown County, they are eligible for a sliding scale fee. Talbert House – Warren County
Talbert House offers medication management, case management, and therapy for ages 5 and up. They accept all Medicaid and Medicare insurance. No private insurances accepted. A sliding scale fee is available through the board subsidy program. They are lenient if you need to self-pay. Warren and Clinton County Mental Health board subsidy program. Must be in Clinton or Warren County. (Family only had to pay 20% of the bill).

The Talbert House specializes in emotional distress, behavior challenges, divorce/family separation, grief and loss, drug or alcohol use, trauma, emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, social difficulties, bullying or violence, criminal justice involvement. They accept private insurance, Medicaid and Medicaid HMO’s.
Talking to Kids About Cancer
Talking to Kids About Cancer – program offered by Kettering Cancer Care ages 6-12 to help cope with a family diagnosis. At the end of the 6 week program there will be a graduation ceremony to celebrate their progress. This program is free of charge, and offers a light dinner. Please reach out for more information.
Tammy Weber-Gilbert MS, LPCC
Tammy Weber-Gilbert MS, LPCC provides counseling services for children ages 3 and older and their families for various mental health conditions, including parent-child conflict and parenting techniques. She accepts CareSource currently, in addition to Anthem, MedMutual, UHC, Premier, and Aetna. She does not accept any form of Medicare.
TCN Behavioral Health
TCN Behavioral Health provides counseling and psychiatry services for children ages 3 to 18 with conditions such as mental health and substance use. The center accepts most private insurances, Cigna and Caresource, as well as traditional Medicaid and Medicaid HMO’s. For more information, please call or visit their website.

TCN accepts all major insurers, Medicare, and Medicaid. They offer psychiatric care, substance use treatment, mental health treatment, and prevention services to support parents of youth dealing with these issues; for ages 5+.
TCN Troy
TCN Troy – specializes in drug and alcohol addiction, dual dx, and some general mental health conditions for ages 15+. They accept Anthem, Medical Mutual, UHC, Cigna, Aetna, Medicaid, and Medicaid HMO’s. Also offers a sliding scale fee based on ability to pay. Please reach out for more information.
Teen Mentoring
Payments: Self-Payment Plans Offered; serve youth who are involved with Partners like CPS, Board of DD, Mental Health Organizations that are partnered with Mental Health Board, as well as Juvenile Court.
