They accept Medicaid, CareSource, Molina, Buckeye, United Healthcare, WellCare; and other major health insurance companies serving Southwest Ohio, and out of network providers. Positive Leaps see’s children ages 3 to 18 for outpatient and 3 to 8 for day treatment.
