Kids Express locations

Friendly pediatric nurse practitioner with child and parent in a Kids Express clinic for a minor illness.

quick care for minor conditions

Kids Express is a one-of-a-kind pediatric-focused health care option combining the convenience of a retail clinic approach and online scheduling with the pediatric expertise of a specially trained nurse practitioner. While there are a lot of retail clinics for adults, this is the only one in Ohio with care that is just right for kids and focused on their unique needs. Our board-certified pediatric nurse practitioners provide high quality, affordable health care.

Before coming to Kids Express we recommend contacting your child’s pediatrician. If you can’t get in to see them, we are here to help! You can save your spot online to find a convenient time for your family and reduce the amount of time spent in the waiting room. Kids Express is not an urgent care or an emergency department. Parents should choose those other options if their child is having trouble breathing, bleeding profusely, needs stitches, imaging or care above what a pediatrician could take care of during an office visit.

designed with kids in mind

When you visit Kids Express, you’ll find bright, welcoming clinics built for children and families. From playful spaces to caring staff, everything is designed to help kids feel comfortable and cared for. Our nurse practitioners combine expert medical care with a personal touch that puts both kids and parents at ease.

helpful info

save your spot

Similar to making an appointment at a pediatrician’s office, parents should save their spot online to make sure their visit is at a convenient time for them and to reduce the amount of time spent in the waiting room. Walk-ins are also welcome, however scheduled patients will be seen first so we encourage you to check in before you arrive. You also can choose to schedule a video visit with Kids Express to avoid coming to one of our facilities.

Please note that your time choice is only a reservation. Some patients may still have to wait upon arrival. The reservation time given is your anticipated time to a treatment room and does not indicate when you will be seen by a provider; this is defined as the time you check in at the front desk until you are greeted by a staff member.

What to expect
When you visit Kids Express, you can expect to experience the pediatric difference! Kids are not little adults and deserve care designed just for them.

Our board-certified pediatric nurse practitioners provide high quality, affordable health care. Our providers can send you a summary of your visit to your primary care provider, with your permission to ensure they stay informed about your child’s care.
