Dayton Children's ENT center of excellence is a collaborative effort between our dedicated care team and your employer that provides your child with a bundled ENT surgical package, including upfront price transparency. It’s just another way we work with our families and patients to provide an exceptional care experience.

what is included in the program?

Dedicated nurse navigator to guide the entire care process, from start to finish
Initial ENT clinic consultation with a pediatric ENT surgeon and care team
Pediatric ENT outpatient surgery for a child four years and older are performed at our south campus in Springboro, inpatient surgery for a child three years and younger are performed at our main campus in Dayton
Post-operative care
- For ear tube surgery, post-operative hearing test within four to six weeks
- For all other surgeries, post-operative phone call or clinic visit within four to six weeks
All required medications, including over-the-counter pain management medications

how does it work?

Contact the dedicated nurse navigator at 937-641-4242 who will provide program overview, answer questions and schedule all appointments and surgery within two weeks of initial phone call
An exclusive team of pediatric ENT specialists treats your child in a timely manner
Dayton Children's will send you one fixed-price bill for all services and medications, which includes the fees for the facility, surgeon, pre/post operation visit, including hearing test (if applicable)
