Medicaid and Medicaid HMO's, and Medicare insurance accepted. They do not accept out-of-network insurance. If client/patient is a resident of Brown County, they are eligible for a sliding scale fee. Those with private insurance are eligible for a sliding scale fee.

Talbert House specializes in emotional distress, behavior challenges, divorce or family separation, grief and loss, drug or alcohol use, a traumatic event, emotional, physical or sexual abuse, social difficulties, bullying or violence, and criminal justice involvement for ages 6 and up. 

They accept private insurances (most are out-of-network) but if the family lives in Clinton or Warren County the sliding scale will be applied based on household income/family size. Accepts Medicaid and all Medicaid HMO's. If patient/client lives in Warren or Clinton County and makes under $30,000/year, all services are free.
