• Wright State Student (current) - ADHD and Learning Disorder Evaluation: $450.00

• Wright State Student (current) - Autism Evaluation: $1000.00

• Child & Adult ADHD Evaluation: $500.00

• Child & Adult Learning Disorder Evaluation & Test Accommodations for Standardized Tests: $650.00

• Child & Adult Autism Evaluation: $1200.00

• Child & Adult FASD Evaluation: $1500.00

• Child & Adult—Other Evaluation: $500.00+

Ages: 6+ (though may see as young as 4 or 5 on occasion)

Specialties: Learning Disabilities, ADHD, FASD, Diagnostic Clarification, Updated Testing (for academic accommodations)

Treatment Approach:

Services: Psychological Evaluations, ADHD Testing, Autism Testing, IQ Testing, Dyslexia Testing, Telehealth (Webex for Intake and Feedback sessions, Testing is in person)

Other notes: Does offer the ADOS. Can offer up to a 30% off discount for families in need. Families can pay for services in full at intake, or pay 50% at the time of intake, and 50% prior to the testing feedback session. Payments will need to be made in full before releasing the written report. Families can scan QR code on flyer or visit website to schedule. PAS cannot assess clients who are aggressive or who have been out of the hospital for less than 2 weeks.

Psychological Assessment Services (PAS) offers psychological services to children and teens ages 6 and up.
