Very friendly! Made sure to interact with the other two kids I had with me as well

I was very, very pleased with our most recent visit. We've had ongoing issues with my daughter's ears, and she definitely listened and she helped a lot with my concerns, and she even told me if this doesn't work this time, what our next step would be. And that definitely calmed some of my fears. I really enjoyed our last visit, and I'm thankful for her help.
