
Greg Dillard, MBA
vice president and chief financial officer
Greg Dillard is a Dayton Children’s vice president and chief financial officer. He is a highly experienced financial leader, with more than 30 years of experience in health care.
Dillard is responsible for finance strategy and planning, accounting, accounts payable, payroll, revenue cycle, managed care contracts, customer service, medical records, information technology (IT) and supply chain.
Dillard served as executive director of corporate finance at Dayton Children’s for nine years prior to becoming CFO. In this role, he modernized all aspects of the hospital’s revenue cycle from registration, to billing, to patient access, to records management. He also led managed care contracting, as well as financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
Prior to joining Dayton Children’s, he served as the director of revenue cycle at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. He has experience as finance director and business leader for a number of other health systems across southwest Ohio.
