Dayton Children’s Health Partners

about Dayton Children’s Health Partners

Dayton Children’s Health Partners is the region’s only pediatric-specific clinically integrated network (CIN), bringing together community providers, hospital specialists, and payers to improve outcomes, increase efficiency, and lower costs. This physician-led collaborative was created to strengthen support for independent pediatric practices and ensure children in our region receive cost-effective, high-quality care.

By working together, Health Partners members measure and track improvements in quality and efficiency, leverage care-coordination resources, and implement evidence-based programs that address high- and rising-risk patients. Our shared mission is to improve the well-being of children through collaboration that benefits patients, payers, and providers across the continuum of care.
