Dayton Children’s provides extensive services and support for children with conditions that affect their development. Our developmental pediatrics team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers and other providers who specialize in diagnosing, treating and providing long-term care for these children.
Dayton Children’s offer a Developmental Diagnostic/Follow-Up Clinic for children with developmental delays, an autism diagnostic clinic and several other specialty clinics for children who were born with conditions that affect their development. Our goal is to build a strong relationship with children and families so that they can experience the best quality of life possible. We work with other specialists at Dayton Children’s to ensure each child’s needs are met, and also connect families to additional community resources that provide support.
