| This position is directly responsible for directing and insuring the success of the following departments; Specialty Clinics, Children’s Health Clinic, Neurology/EEG, Hematology/Oncology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Developmental Pediatrics, Cardiology, Ort ho, Dental and Ophthalmology. This position participates with the organization’s leaders and collaborates with all divisions in the process of planning, directing, providing, and improving health care services that are responsive to community and patient needs and in concert with the hospital mission. This position is also active in information management focused on enhancing and improving individual and organizational performance following established process improvement procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years experience specializing in ambulatory pediatrics and management, accounting and word processing skills. |
