Hours, 7p-7:30a: Responsible for the coordination of patient care services for the emergently ill during a specific shift. Responsible for working with physicians and other disciplines in developing a plan of care. Supervises ancillary and assistive staff. Responsible for the education of patients and families. Participates in the performance improvement process. Is involved in the medication component of care as well as invasive procedures. Participates with the organization's leaders to provide and improve health care services that are responsive to community and patient needs while adhering to confidentiality. Complies with the infection control policy. Assists in the orientation and training of students and new employees. Collaborates with other divisions in the hospital. Ohio RN Nursing licensure required. Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years experience specializing in emergency or critical care preferred. Every third holiday and every third weekend commitment.
